How we got here

1959

Timber legacy

A family timber business takes root in Yamunanagar, the foundation three generations would build on.

2002

Manufacturing begins

Shri Jagannath Industries brings board-making fully in-house, controlling quality from log to lamination.

2010

RockTough is born

The consumer brand launches with one promise: proof over adjectives.

2017

Technology redefined

HDPMR arrives: green-board, moisture-resistant, ±0.10 mm calibration and a finish-ready face.

Most plywood is sold with adjectives. Every RockTough board carries three things you can check.

A published test

The exact water and termite test each family has passed, stated in hours and temperatures.

A written guarantee

A guarantee certificate issued to the named customer, counted from the invoice date.

A replacement percentage

If a board is found defective on inspection, we replace it up to that family’s percentage.

Every family comes in a Standard and an HDPMR build. Block boards and flush doors carry the guarantee of the family grade they are made in, up to Lifetime.
The guarantee covers manufacturing defects and the stated water-proof, borer-free and anti-termite performance, from the invoice date. A copy of the customer’s valid tax invoice is required. Replacement is subject to inspection. Terms and conditions apply.
